Refund policy
We will gladly accept a return within 14 days of purchase. Please note Final Sale items are excluded from the return policy. Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
- The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)

Emerald The Label reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Emerald The Label.

Damages and issues: Faulty Item Returns
We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we request that we are notified via Email within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.
We are able to do this on the proviso that when you are returning you let us know the item 'Arrived defective', a description of the fault.
This will then be assessed by our customer service team and a free returns label will be provided.
If the fault is noticed after wearing the item, please include this information when describing the fault in the portal.
Faulty Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days back to the original payment method once the return has been received by our warehouse.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
