What are the shipping methods and time expected for delivery?
Orders are shipped through UPS and delivered in 3-5 business days depending on
your delivery address.
*Please allow 6 to 12 days shipping to the UK and Canada
How quickly do orders ship once they are placed?
From the time orders are placed, please allow 24-48 hours for order fulfillment and dropped off for shipment. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
What if my order is late?
In the unlikely event that orders are running late, please rest assured that you will
be updated via email notifications of the status of your order, including updated
tracking information.
If your package is late because of the carrier that information will be found in your tracking information.
What if my package is lost?
In the very unlikely event of a lost order, please reach out to our customer service at
hello@emeraldthelabel.com and an investigation will be opened for the order.
Once all avenues have been explored and we come up empty handed, a full refund
will be issued back to the original form of payment.

If the available date should change after you placed your order on a Pre Ordered item you will be notified by email.
How do I know something will fit right?
Under each item you will find the size chart for that item, please double check
with that, to ensure you are purchasing the correct size for yourself. If for whatever
reason, it’s not quite right, please reach out to hello@emeralthelabel.com to
exchange and choose the correct size. Your perfect fit is of utmost importance to
us.
What is your return policy?

Can I exchange my item/items if they are not a right fit?
Yes. Please reach out to hello@emeraldthelabel.com to proceed with your exchange request within 14 days of you order arriving. For more information on exchanges please see our Refund and Exchange Policy here
Can I change my delivery address once my order is placed?
Unfortunately, deliveries will be delivered as processed so be very careful to ensure that the correct delivery address is placed when you order.
In the event that you have just
placed your order within the last 24 hour period and you realize a mistake was made in the delivery address, immediately reach out to hello@emeraldthelabel.com to make that correction before the order is sent out for shipment. We will do our best to catch and correct, but we cannot guarantee that.
What are the care instructions and quality of products used?
Please note that all items are marked as dry clean only. If it is not possible to dry clean, hand wash in cold water very gently and dry flat.
We take the highest priority in sourcing the best fabrics. And the care of your products will be important to maintain their beauty.
